Separate money contributions from effort contributions. 

I would like to have a company called Containers In Motion (located in Boca Raton, FL) build a residential storage container in my large backyard (for the single-family home), and would like to separate the double lot into two individual lots to build a residential storage container (one per lot).

Some people make an LLC for each individual property they buy, or make separate ones based on if they partnered with other investors.

They know my name in the 2 branches I mainly use in 2 separate towns & they understand my goals.

Option in the TREC form requires consideration because it is a separate right within the contract...the right to walk away for any reason within the time described, including negative inspection results.  

Paul won't allow separate licensing for each unit, they'll want you to occupy.

I can, however, see a letter stating there are fire separation issues that need to be addressed. 

Has anyone found a screening service that runs the criminal check after or separately from the credit check? 

@Lara White I can’t use some of them because I’ll likely be medically separated, also yes I have heavily considered getting my license but I don’t want to have to tie my license with a realtor for a year (that’s my understanding of how that works)

@Marta Cieslak for all of my multifamily deals we have separate bank accounts for each property, which is under it's own LLC.
