Does this PM charge separately for leasing activity and have you accounted for this.Legals / Accounting - Don't see anything for this and there will be some.

One of the legal downstairs units is room-hacked, with 4 tenants living in the unit and separate rental agreements w/ the owner.  

I've decided to have 2 separate agreements and am wondering if anyone has a good option agreement to share.

You would not need a separate loan servicing company for this as the plan administrator will likely setup the repayment schedule and may also have some restrictions in addition to those imposed by IRS regs.Let us know if there is anything else we can help with and best wishes to you.
