The tenants have been there for 6 months and 8 months respectively.

I have a lot of respect for agents (including the one I had) and I'm not excited about FSBO, but can't afford having an agent now that I have to pay for septic.   

If I put the maximum (5%, 10%, & 10% respectively), how in the world will I know which one to charge?
