Hello all, the past year I've had a laser sight focus on real estate investing(mostly rentals), and just took a recent trip to AZ to where I have family who have done this successful the past 20 years.  After seeing how exciting and how much upside you can control, I am ready to dive on in.  Being so young and with no money I think the best thing for me to do right now is to find somebody or group to basically work for free or shadow/intern for.   I am extremely dedicated to learn as much as I can and am desperately seeking somebody to put me in the right direction while I save up as much money as I can so I am ready to get started in a few years.  Thanks!
