For example if I owned a restaurant and someone said they disliked my food, I would ask them what they have tried and why they didn't like it.

It’s almost exactly like Vegas with more expensive housing, less food and entertainment choices, and higher taxes.If you’re going to make a reasonable salary, I’d figure out how much would go Arizona state taxes.

Meanwhile the same notice served in Illinois is used as food seasoning.

Fast food or fine dining?

Dishwashers get clogged because people aren't scraping/rinsing dishes and the food builds up in the filter. 

I have noticed though,  that it is mostly smaller counties where the charges are missing off of the background checks so maybe that is a contributing factor as well, the smaller counties may not have access to the resources that larger counties do that would allow them the infrastructure to report more accurately to national databases. just food for thought on that front though.
