Routinely doing a lot of work on proeprties for $5-$15k with this method that would take weeks and weeks myself (and only cost half as much) or be $20-$25k+ hiring a project manager or GC.Good Luck!

AS for asset protection depends on what type of assets you have to protect so on and so forth.Generally speaking on your personal resi good insurance and nice big umbrella will work 99% of the time.AS your estate grows for sure there are methods that will help you with Trusts being one of the better ones from what I have seenBut to do it properly is 15 to 50k and then you have yearly maintenance and such..

I have recently opened a line of credit to be able to do something like the BRRR method, by buying a cheap/ rough property and improving it with the line of credit and then refinancing it once its completed in order to "recharge" the line of credit and do it all over again.
