You need to have a plan to service your debt if the rental property isnt working out.

Their service, just like any other, is not without drawbacks. (1) I'm not a big fan of their rent collection b/c they make you deposit it into their account and I'm not overly comfortable with an unregulated entity having any say over my money. 

Most banks would not lend to non US residents or people with limited tie in the US. 

FSBO.com or something like that I believe is a fairly inexpensive service. 

I am the VP of the largest non-profit REIA in the USA currently. 

Those deals are typically in the multi-million range and the loans are typically non-recourse which changes the profit at a lower percentage and it changes the risk as being non-recourse.

I continue to call the general customer service line, but the person that picked up the call was so useless.
