I've been researching brokers to hang my CA license. 

Hi Everyone,I'm looking for referrals for the Fort Lauderdale area for the following areas:- Drywall hanging, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, and anything that deals with the house.  

If the elect to stay, make it clear they are not to disturb the covered and painted surfaces except to use a small nail to hang a picture or make them use straight pins or last resort adhesive picture hangers (these can pull the paper off sheet rock). 

Do you see large numbers of able-bodied people that should otherwise be working hanging around? 

Really all areas and markets.Im ok with hanging out with people who havent succeeded yet, as long as they are trying to figure it out.

@Derrick Dill I used to hang around Hawaiian Gardens all the time at the LB Towne Center :) I'm pretty excited about the Kansas City prospect, but I have ZERO connections there (or anywhere besides FL for that matter).

Plus keep in mind when you get a license you will have to hang it with a broker for three years.

I don't want that obligation.Simply hang out with other investors.

Once you decide let all the people you interviewed know your answer, don't leave anyone hanging, it's not good manners and you may end up working with them at a later point in time.

You can later look up the owners address and send a letter or knock on their door.There is a place in very court house where plaintiffs fill out and file their complaint - hang out there, be helpful to those who are not familiar with the forms .....
