How to navigate it and learn the ropes?

There's ups and downs in REI, can you mental navigate those emotions and not lose focus/control/motivation

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Embarking on your real estate journey is like navigating a thrilling adventure.

If expensive properties aren't yielding positive cash flow, which is common in hot markets like Fairfax, and if you've found cash-flowing properties in less desirable areas, it's crucial to navigate carefully due to potential risks.

I know for me its always been a challenge trying to get loans and that's why I have just stuck with my commercial banks all these years cost a little more but once they know you so much easier to navigate.

These first steps have me on shaky legs, I'm just trying to navigate and find a good path.Thanks
