.- Phoenix/Scottsdale - hear quite affordable too, lot of tech firms moving to scottsdale Old Town area, might be realistic to get something around 150k.- South Carolina / North Carolina - Columbia, Raleigh areas - i hear good college towns, super cheap real estate compared to NY areaIn particular, would love to know any good tax reasons or any local benefits, local developments in these markets that would make it worthwhile to seriously consider them.

There are mixed reviews on whether this is a positive or a negative, but if the other factors have been met, this is another great sign you've found a company dedicated to providing a quality product and resident to manage.Also, even though some of the prices look like there is a premium in price point, you have to find the value in the services being provided: Extensive research in the submarkets in their city, leasing services, value add to the property, and property management.I hope this helps start the convincing process.

Also if you did not treat your LLC as a separate entity (mixing of personal account, lack of proper documentation or filing, etc...) you may pierce the veil of the entity and it would be disregarded by the court.The outside protection varies between states.
