Need advice on Moving to the South, Warm State.
I am not sure where to post this so I am posting in the starting out. Feel free to move to correct forum
Hello Everyone.
I am currently live in Minnesota and been here for over 15 years. I am finally say enough with the snow and want to move to some where warm and safe for family to reside.
I need your recommendation on Real estate at those place and Pro and cons.
I have narrow down to Austin Texas or Jacksonville FL as the place to move to.
What do you guy think of real estate market down there ? I am looking to purchase 16-32 units apartment so what cap rate do I look for ? I am also open to duplex and fourplex so If any of you have anything on your list. Feel free to send it to me.
Any link or website or source that I can use to further research about those city that I am looking to move.
