Hello all, new to the forums and just wanted to use the experts here as a sounding board for the deal I'm working. 

With prices up across the board I would tread carefully on buying there. 

The tenant claimed he lost the keys to his the property, got a locksmith to change locks and provided owner with a set of keys.  

I'm assuming GC is general contracting, and CCB is Construction Contractors Board.
