I have a full time job that I love as a product design engineer and I want to fulfill my other dreams which is owning my first Multifamily home.

The house is worth around $140k.I have a job making a little over $100k a year.

Personally, it always make me feel more credible as a professional to be able to refer people to someone who always does a great job, but I wouldn't blink at stopping if I've heard they are disappointing people -- I feel like that reflects on my own good judgment.
