You can change the decor, theme out the garage and bedrooms to attract guests. 

We lowered our price slightly and instantly demand increased.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon, due to reasons such as lower costs on land, great tax abatement opportunities, and an attractive cost of living for employees.

New Bern is largely a quiet area, has a bit of a higher density of Violent/Property Crimes than surrounding areas, but that's to be expected as soon as population density increases. 

Neighborhood is 1 year old and homes have already increased in value over $100k.
