To do that, you need to know what a strong offer is: All-Cash, large EMD (earnest money deposit), very little to no contingencies, POF with offer (proof of funds), and your company articles of incorporation (you should be flipping from an entity, not your personal name).Secondly, you need to have great contacts in teh REO game, which will require you to form relationships with REO brokers in yoru area.

I do like how you said to incorporate the target seller's name in the letter instead of just at the beginning in order to build a comfortable atmosphere within the letter.
