I do "what if" at times, but I especially do it when I know of cases where people have been exposed to litigation.Really- apologies for the offense of my opinion.

I'm not an expert on this stuff, so I apologize if this is a dumb question, but are you saying that as the owner/seller, you are not allowed to even discuss price and terms with a prospective buyer?
