If you are a new investor vet profiles and don't just network to network, network to get where you are trying to go.It frustrates me when I see people who have two investments worth $60,000 a piece that they bought in Mississippi giving investment advice, I could say the same about Realtors who don't own investments and have no idea how it works.

Hello folks in Lending forum,looking to try and see about potential lending partners who can write large checks (7 figures) and are looking for very high yield (much higher vs private lending rates) and higher than HML rates.only need lending for 4-6months until large line of credit gets granted and we pay off the short term note.ping me if worth a conversation or have ideas...this seems perfect for a family office just wanting to place dry powder for 4-6mos while they are looking for other deal flow but trying see about other options out there as well.thanks in advance.

He might  consider  selling to you and saving some funds in his  bank and  using a reverse mortgage to  purchase the proeprty .   2)  for your side -if you need to keep the down payment low - using the  VA loan is a great idea ...already having a VA loan outstanding you might have an issue  using another VA loan .
