At this time we extended the closing date multiple times, to allow for the owner to get through the necessary process to get the zoning and permits sorted out, with terms for them to complete work/process.

@Nakeisha Davis you got a few options here.Hire a programmer (someone from upwork or fiver maybe) to sort through everything.Hire a Virtual Assistant to sort through manually.Get some Excel Macros to do some work for ya

Long story short on my first deal i made a $15,000 assignment fee i had quit my job right away because i wanted out but the deal had ah bit of hair in it to where i got behind 2 months of rent on my apartment and behind on my car payment but i ended up closing on the deal but the day before i got the $15,000 my car was sold at auction from the lender so lesson learn i keep a 9 to 5 job now that pays every week which is consistent income to fund my marketing don’t want to put that pressure on your self where you don’t have another income besides looking for that first deal

Firstly, i want sure if this is the proper forum to ask this question.Also, please pardon my ignorance with regard to these topics, I've only purchased 1 home so far, and am trying to assist my wife and her father.My father-in-law just told us that his house was written off a few years ago after some sort of bankruptcy.His wife passed away last year and he wants to start preparing his will.This was my wife's childhood home and she wants to try and keep the house in the family ..... which doesn't seem likely to me once her father passes, considering it was written off and they don't have the title.1.
