I agree with JD.Just wait wait the 2 weeks until you close. 2 weeks won't make much a difference in the grand scheme.You could be shopping and know what you want so you can hit the ground running on the day you close.I have heard that there is a credit check right before closing and people have been denied the loan at the last minute due to a large purchase.

This may sound dumb, but if my profits are slightly less, but the expected maintenance and extremely low vacancy risk are handled, I'm okay with not hitting a grand slam on my first deal.
