What about a couple who just filled for divorce but hasn't gone through yet?  

I owned them for 3 year and currently have filled them both with long term tenants on a land contract basis.

She did the remodel and put in a deep kitchen sink and a disposer, and the disposer outlet is too high in relation to the drain's wall connection, so the disposer is always half filled with water.

Shake hand and fill out your contract and have him reject the corporate deal, then call the listing agent and hand him the contract.

That feel of telemarketer attacking starts to fill the air.

I filled out the feedback form and the selling agent promptly emailed back "Make an offer" (which is just something he does I guess.  

Also, as I noted above, there are many things that need to be considered when looking at investments.As a builder I can tell you that since the crash, banks wanting to lend on "spec" projects are very hard to come by, and crowdfunding can fill that void.
