Honestly, I wasn't sure my strategy would work in such a competitive environment but it did.From that one point, start walking and shooting videos about everything you come across and just spiral out, block by block.

(By the way...not tracking a fee in the first place except in very particular circumstances) Invest it instead and let that huge amount of money grow...the fees are small fish compared to the down payment benefit.
