How to get partners to help invest.

Looking for recommendations for getting partners to help invest in real estate. I'd prefer to just go in solo but I just don't have the funds. Also I would like to find someone who could answer some other questions I have since I am new to this. Thanks in advance!

Go where the fish are biting. People are more likely to be interested in partnering with you if they already have experience in real estate (plus they know, like, and trust you). Have you been attending local real estate networking events and building relationships? That's the first place to start!
