They used several containers for that particular house, and I think on the outside there was wooden coating added, maybe so that the sun does not warm up the metal of the container too much.

yes, my guess is also the warm moist air is traveling to the cold concrete and condensing there on the carpet.

I personally have been watching and listen to Bigger Pockets Podcast, Real Estate Distrupters, and reading books.I personally want to work on my sales skills so I can convert some of these cold/warm leads in to hot leads.I was wondering if anyone can recommend some good sales books or youtubers out there that relate to Real Estate?

and i'm an avid gardener and all so it fits me like a glove.i have net income re sales/rental commissions averaging around $3,000 a month these days (which is one third of what im used to when i was a boutique realtor in nyc) but its cuz im just gettig warmed up here on the west coast.i'm also wondering if banks/lenders do house title/deed loans anymore or if they still require 2 yrs tax return (which i dont have) and good credit (which i dont have either)?
