There is far too much fraud going on out there still and it is a very dangerous place to get involved if you don't know what you are doing.I have done a lot of private investing in the past and got taken on a lot of money with the fraud that happened in 2007 and I knew what I was doing.

If it hasn’t been paid or expired either wait or perhaps have the creditor record against other assets of your seller and release from the subject property.Unless I read the facts wrong this sounds like a perfect example of one of the dangers of contract for deed/land installment contract.

Hi Chris,You need to know D-Town, what's going on, the areas, neighborhoods, danger zones, the DMZ, etc....It might be easier if you were boots on the ground (but in the wrong area they will steal your boots and leave you dead on the ground).You need to know D-Town, what's going on, the areas, neighborhoods, danger zones, the DMZ, etc....Some areas have things going on and some are just pure dangerous to your life.If you can pronounce the following you might consider yourself knowing the area a little bit (if you can't You need to know D-Town BETTER).
