I am passionate about helping others transition from student to investor and sad that so many fail to actually accomplish this. 

We made a good deal of money and I used the finances to pay off my student loans and get her car paid down.

I saw no evidence of teaching anything about wholesaling.. and actually I think this is old news.. they were saying wholesaling is a waste of their time that the students should use wholesalers to bring them deals but not engage in the activity.  

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

I know all this data was given to us students to capture us for the training class seminar, but all in all it wasnt a great waste of time. 

We currently have both our college students and one renter in that 3 br, 2 bath home.
