I am a Realtor and investor and I am hearing more and more from various associations and groups that I’m a part of that we will see a market correction within the next 24 months.

Is that correct?

It's just not a sound investment, as there are so many factors that could impact the market and it may take you 10+ years to recover from a correction.

The bank says your maxed and family says your maxed out and your debt to income ratio isn’t good .. sounds like your first deal must have been a dud or you didn’t plan this out correctly .

If the projections are correct, the cash flow isn't where I'd like it to be but not the end of the world since I've purchased this property for my retirement portfolio.
