There are Lenders who will fund up to 100% of the Rehab amount (depending on the as-is value of the property), but for 100% financing of the entire project, I'm not too sure if that will be an easily achievable option.

Your father could even be an employee of the real-estate operating company.  

It takes a lot more than being licensed to be an agent in a particular transaction.  

House hacking, as Brandon likes to describe it, does seem to be an easy introduction into the world of REI.  

Step 3 is finding a buyer, which if Step 1 and 2 are done properly and it is a deal, won't be an issue.
