There is a wealth of knowledge on here regardless of what niche or strategy you choose to employ.

Now that they own these homes, can they sell them for full price if they choose to, or do they still have to accept only what they are owed?

Usual upgrades are LVP flooring in all common areas and bathrooms, neutral tone paint, paint the cabinets, new lighting and fixtures, and stainless steel appliances, which I really believe makes all the difference in the world with C-class apartments.

Then figure in having to update units every 5-7 years with new carpet, paint, etc.
