It's not hard if you're a good host and accurately display photos and amenities.

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

This is refundable to them provided that their pets do not provide cause any damage to my home.2) I only allow one pet and I require them to upload a photo of their pet at the time of their rental application to protect against any changes.3) This one isn't necessarily a guideline, but a practice I implemented: I have tenant-proof AND pet-proof materials in my rental such as luxury vinyl flooring, quality tile, and furnishings that can withstand pet accidents.I am also considering charging pet rent, but it is a mere thought at this point.

The catch being, the more money they print the more the goods cost thus leading to loss of control of the currency and hyperinflation.

The repair was completed, and I received a photo and invoice for the work that was done.  

The catch to all of this is the seller of the lot is a small local builder.

Hi Alyssa, I use it for just taking a quick peek at property photos and info, area values and rents.

At some point it will catch up to you .

But many times there are things not shown in photos that are a deal breaker.
