(I don't mind driving 50-60 miles if need be)I have worked professionally with DLSR cameras and drones for over 2 years, and have the experience and confidence to create something beautiful that could bring value to others.What I am looking to gain from this is as simple as being around others who are into REI as much as I am, building relationships, providing value to others and adding another avenue to my creative porfolio! 

But then I wake up the next day and here I am replying to you on a Real Estate Investing platform, *** I could be passively [not replying] but looking at "beautiful" real estate pictures on Instagram.
