Depending on the wall color in the living area, maybe put a nice coat of light greige there too...if it doesnt clash with the floor etc.

Remember eviction bans are for non-payment of rent, they do not protect tenants who violate the lease in other ways.Also tell the tenants that animal control can come by and take the dog.

I have no idea how many times they have been refinished, but before my last tenant moved in I had the downstairs redone for about $1.75/sf, which was full sanding and three good coats of poly.

I now have an inquiry on Furnish Finder requesting a 30 day stay with an ESA (emotional support animal).
