And stocks are legitimate ways to invest wealth.While there is nothing wrong with buying good company stocks, day trading and options trading are different animals - very risky and akin to gambling.We have to accept that finance is a very nuanced topic.

Once you do it with them for a year you will learn a lot and could probably handle it from there.ST rentals are a completely different animal and you will be in the hospitality business.

Remember eviction bans are for non-payment of rent, they do not protect tenants who violate the lease in other ways.Also tell the tenants that animal control can come by and take the dog.
