ESA advice from experienced MTR landlords

Sheila Bishop
Posted

Hi,

I have a newly listed single-family home in which I specified "No Pets" on AirBNB and so far I had 2 weekend bookings.  I now have an inquiry on Furnish Finder requesting a 30 day stay with an ESA (emotional support animal).  I want to know what others have in place for animal protocol for ESA.  Legally, are there certain questions I can ask about the animal?  What are the house rules for an ESA?  Does anyone have any advice to share?  Thank you in advance.
