The note rate on FHA is not accurate, however, as it does not include the mortgage insurance.

Depending where you are at on the amortization schedule, need more numbers to give you accurate information.

I believe the utilities are fairly accurate.

Its very time consuming but I feel as though I'm going to get the most accurate list.

If the wholesaler is worth his salt he would be able to put together a much more accurate deal for the end buyer.

Maybe it can't be counted while it is in their residence, but it does exist.I don't know your definition of "non accredited investors", but the generalization that most of their net worth is in their personal residence is also not always accurate.

But if I could accurately predict the out come of court actions, I'd be very very wealthy.It would also make a big difference if the note holders accepted this along the lines of a short sale....but I understand that not all are agreeing.
