Maybe it can't be counted while it is in their residence, but it does exist.I don't know your definition of "non accredited investors", but the generalization that most of their net worth is in their personal residence is also not always accurate.

But if I could accurately predict the out come of court actions, I'd be very very wealthy.It would also make a big difference if the note holders accepted this along the lines of a short sale....but I understand that not all are agreeing.
