I have a lot of respect for agents (including the one I had) and I'm not excited about FSBO, but can't afford having an agent now that I have to pay for septic.   

If I put the maximum (5%, 10%, & 10% respectively), how in the world will I know which one to charge?

I haven't disposed of anything as of now, meanwhile our property is off the market and we haven't touched the unit out of respect to our former tenant.
