The annual return has been decreasing, and I believe it's because they are becoming more conservative in response to the heated market.I think Fundrise is better than putting your money in the bank or buying bonds, but the return it provides is not as attractive as real estate investments, such as syndications, that provide you many tax benefits.Not to mention that syndications typically get you minimum 10%-15% IRR depending on the strategy.
