How are the roof, plumbing, heating? 

During the heat of the Summer elderly ladies were trying to take car loads at a time to another facility.  

Heat and Air Conditioning can be difficult. 

Especially for winter when the heat kicks on.

Also, Would it be recommended to hire just one GC to do all the work or hire sub-contractors like someone for heating and plumbing installation, and other for walls, bathrooms  and kitchen etc.?
