Need GC referral in NJ. Essex/Union county

Hi folks,

I need a reputable general contractor for a gut rehab on a 3 Family/triplex property I just purchased. 

Also, Would it be recommended to hire just one GC to do all the work or hire sub-contractors like someone for heating and plumbing installation, and other for walls, bathrooms  and kitchen etc.?
