Bridge loan?

I have looked at bridge loans and considered private/hard money and I wanted to get a feel for what to do from people who have done this before.

I would take that 7k try and bridge or work up to 10k and try and go 20 percent down on an sfr.

This require money and/or bridge financing. 3) You make a profit by negotiating a price lower than what you can wholesale the property for.

How are you going to finance down payment closing costs, the $30k for repairs, and how are you going to bridge the gap of months (in terms of holding costs) it will take you to make the repairs?

Typically people that are planning on doing what you mentioned will use a bridge loan.

Also, about your 12 Year family loan, those are great to have, but most people would look at them as a bridge loan.

I want to package this deal to possibly sell on to a builder with full permits in place (which will greatly increase the land price after an apraisal of the property with approved permit to build 4 units.Can anyone give me any ideas to bridge the first stage, which is to secure the deal?  

But, this was just a bridge too far.

However, I know there are some bridge and portfolio programs out there that would package 3-4 together :)
