Not a tax expert but it's worth looking at the full picture when making this choice. 

I read everything I could find online (including BP contributors), bought a book, and generally tried to become an expert in something I had never done, before doing it.I was shopping in the 8-12 unit range.

@Mohsin Hirani, I am an investor and a foreclosure subject matter expert with a large bank. 

I'm not an expert, so I usually have someone come out and help with that part during walk through.

I am not an expert in credit score reporting but I think whenever you open new CC, your scores get dinged a little.

Also, do you have an FHA loan expert you can recommend so I can ask my questions in order for me to be in the best position to reach my goals? 



I am not an expert at junk yards but that is my 2 cents worth.A good  option would be to  try to partner with a person that wholesales commercial real estate.Good luck
