And during the depression they used these deeds to these lots to induce people to pay to go to the movies.In the northern CA and southern Oregon area they created more in town type lots  Clear lake being a famous one.. about 100,000 lots were created there from 1915 to 1930...

@Brandon Swartwood, im also not clear on what you are after.A scope of work is a "what works going to be done on the property" without walking the property and seeing what it need it is not possible to provide it.

If you buy with cash one you have a little more cash flow on the moment but if you finance and buy 2 you have tenants paying of your mortgages in 20 years you own 2 free n clear properties
