Awkward, and could be a vicious cycle.Or the one I've seen where the wholesaler talks the seller into hosting an open house.  

As for the fees imposed by these various sites, Airbnb wins out again in my book - by charging only the credit card transaction fee to the host, you put the real power of advertising and marketing on the host.

Last issue we had to overcome we always hosted our own data.

I host a Charlotte meetup the last Monday of every month - it's a great opportunity to network with other investors.
