Want to wholesale - but need funds

Question regarding a newbie that wants to do her first wholesale deal, but doesn't have funds.  She can find a few deals, but needs money.

I would recommend to anyone on this thread that is serious about wholesaling go to the BiggerPockets podcasts and listen to the podcasts that focus on wholesaling.  Most if not all your basic questions can be answered this way.  There will also be questions answered that you would never of have thought to ask.  A real wealth of information.
