I eventually tore the floor out as I was tired of trying to dig in 24 inches of crawlspace. 

I’m tired of moving people’s furniture, vacuuming their dogs hair before I can paint, and the scheduling of when they will be home or not.

Liability and accidents aside, I think the bike would come up missing or be beat on so bad that you would get tired of repairing it.

I did mine earlier than I wanted because of the neighborhoods/schools because I have a daughter I was tired of pulling guard duty for so she could play outside.

A motivated seller did not call you and beg you to buy their stock because they were behind on their payments or tired of picking up after or evicting another crummy tenant. 

All the messages from tire-kickers who ask me to be their mentor and want hours of my time in person for a coffee, beer, or lunch.

Those are 1-2 hour fixed, they’re just oil, i’ve even done some tire marks with a simple oil based degreaser for a $20 bottle.

Be creative with your mail pieces and try to do something other than the same old tired "we buy houses" phrase.I know in my area, we have reached a point of absolute saturation with the number of realtors and investors out there.

I will be here for at least another year and a half and I personally am getting tired of renting.
