Also with my PM'er be doing most of that for me I'd, typically, only see a single deposit each month in my bank account.I would like to track my property financials in some sort of system, would prefer web based and not just excel.  

Unless you were here in the crash, none of the cashflow numbers make sense, and buying for an appreciation play is a crapshoot - if you're going to gamble, roulette is a lot more fun.

I went to the county assessor's web site and looked for the park's address.

You can make money in four ways:Cash FlowAppreciation (gambling)AmortizationTax ShelterIf you are holding this for the long term and it's in a good consolidated area, you  should be ok.

It should be a web solution so I can access it form work, home, mobile, etc.I want to be sure my data is available.  

He has played an integral role in our web development, any and all legal questions have been addressed through Mark, he oversees our hiring, and he literally constructs EVERYTHING that has to due with the legal operation of our company.

I've looked up the owner on the assessor's web site and it only has the address of the current house.

I've never used sites like these to generate leads, but i've been considering making one just to have a presence on the web for my own investing purposes.
