I think military housing office has lists of local approved landlords, they have some involvement in the process (don't know what it entails) and the soldier's commander may get involved if they don't pay their bills.

It's very user-friendly with a robust community.

I think the user rating system will always have some people less than happy about it.

My update didn't work right which, is probably user error.

They've also suppressed the Export feature that is described in the user documentation.

Does the 100,000th user drive off in a new car?

My problem with it is that it compares your net worth with other users and who knows what kind of crap other users are putting in.
