Most counties have that information online go to the counties website and search around there is usually a link to a database that houses the property tax information and you can pull up property taxes by address which will give you the current tax bill.

Much of the same advice can be found on BP or in other places online for free.

Need an attorney to review contracts, purchase agreements, independent contractor agreements, on-line auction documents, etc.Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The good news is since this is government based, it's public record and you have a right to have and use it.Many appraiser's sites are online so you can do this virtually.  

No doubt this is a great on-line forum for your real estate learning.

Hi John,Jennifer Allen came on as a new member to the agents online forum ( different site ) years ago.I was one of the main posters there but haven't been on there in probably six years or so.

There is a program called Pacer where you can pay to see the filing documents online. 

I have 2 recommendations for you, as a fellow newbie:Consume as much BP material as possible - podcasts, blog posts, the new online classes, the Ultimate Beginners Guide book, etc.

If you don't have an attorney that specializes in RE transactions, let me know.You can look online for templates that will give you some ideas as to what is included in the T&C's.Regards,-- Scott

The only time it's worth doing this is if the property is in an unsafe neighborhood where it's the market norm and is priced in to market rent- or adding it commands a significant increase in rent.
