he laid traps and ive heard nothing about it sinceleak outside - it was where the sump pump dumed neighborhood is too noisy- sorry this is a row home neighborhood... people are close. call the cops if it gets excessive toilet is leaking- brand new toilet havnt looked into yet but Im calling BS

I wouldn't want a tenant not reporting a unusually noisy furnace or leaky toilet because they were afraid it was going to cost them 50 bucks.If you're that worried about frivolous requests you need to better manage your tenant's expectations - either yourself or through a property manager if you're uncomfortable with it.
