Tenant Moved Out without Notice

Have a tenant late on one month rent plus some other fees, totaling about $1103.40. The other day I was going there to give them notice to vacate, caught them moving things into their u-haul, they said they were going to pay me on what's owed. Now it's been 2 days, I just texted and called them. It seems my number is blocked. They moved to a different town within same county. How can I get my money back? Don't know any damage done to the house yet either... Will go check it out later today.

Did they hand over the keys?  That's typically the point where they're giving possession back to you.

You can take them to court, but if you win you will get a judgment not cash.  You still have to collect.  Difficult to do with bad tenants.  Get in there, clean it up and fix it up and get it re-rented.
