I got some pictures and had someone go look at it for me and I thought surely I could make a go with such a cheap property and make it even  for wholesale if I needed it.

Hey all, Im a GC in Northern Colorado, and buy and hold investor in SE Wisconsin (home country) My thought is to buy one off lots here in CO and "install" really nice modular homes on them.

I thought I had it sold a few years ago.

What we have found that the legal route is often a way to waste more money and not get what you thought. 

Tarique Jawed have you thought of bench footings?

Any thoughts or advice on taking the first steps would be greatly appreciated.

My initial thought is with a cash flowing property, I would do it but it comes down to the details of the next deal of course.

I know my architect and civil eng will help on those deciding factors, but just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts.
