We called for a walk thru to see the inside of the house, and the price they were asking was too much and for our first house we werent trying to take the foreclosure route, at least not with that many repairs to be done.

I do think that most female Realtors seem to relate more to wife's of buyers just because they can see the house the way it could be as opposed to a man who will normally look at the mechanical and structural aspects of a house.

Just wondering how interested people would be to have a website that they could go to that they could do a back ground type check on potential renters to see if they have had any bad experiences with other landlords and to be able to see the type of damage they inflicted on the landlords property to help them in not having the same thing happen to them.

hopefully when i meet him on sunday and see the prroperty ill be able to get all this infoalso the seller said on the original listing that he is offering seller financing so the option is definately there. the other reason im liking seller financing is A) i have 0 credit b)im not really gonna be able to account where my downpayment is coming from since a familiy member is helping me come up with it.i cant really see any banks giving me any offers on loans...

Myself and the investors that I wholesale houses to don't live local to the properties I find, so I ALWAYS advocate getting a home inspection, because neither of us actually physically see the house prior to closing.
